Opening of the exhibition "Retrospective"

The artist Ursula Nanz, now 96 years old, lives and paints in Horgen. She has dedicated herself to painting for over six decades. Countless stays in Sils have shaped her work: light, color, and the vastness of the landscape are reflected in many of her pieces. Landscape references and botanical motifs complement her abstract pictorial world. Her acrylic paintings and collages are serene—even those with vibrant color complexes—that invite attentive and sensitive viewers to appreciate them. The exhibition "Retrospective" can be seen from September 19 to October 17 at the newly designed Andy Nanz Gallery in Sils Maria.
