St. Moritz Gourmet Festival: Gourmet food and jazz in the larch forest

Marcel Ravin (2 Michelin stars) blends his Caribbean heritage with a Mediterranean soul. As Executive Chef of "Blue Bay Marcel Ravin," he cultivates a cuisine that uniquely combines Creole DNA, a close connection to local produce, and poetic precision. For once, Marcel Ravin isn't cooking under palm trees in Monace, but rather under larch trees on the Waldhaus terrace. Together with our Head Chef Gero Porstein and Pastry Chef Renato Pellegrinelli, he creates refined morsels, served with fresh Bianchi oysters. The Pius Baumgartner Trio (Pius Baumgartner, saxophone; Francis Coletta, guitar; Jörg Guyan, vocals) provides the perfect ambiance with jazz and French chansons.
