Stubete am See is delighted to present the newly formed Trio Pius Baumgartner, featuring three outstanding musicians from the Engadine region. Pius Baumgartner is a sought-after musician, performing in numerous ensembles and diverse styles. His newly formed trio plays traditional Grisons folk music in a minimalist arrangement of clarinet, Schwyzerörgeli (Swiss accordion), and double bass. The three Romansh-speaking members of Trio Pius Baumgartner play with a rustic yet elegant style, a joy in tradition, and respect for their great predecessors – straightforward and unpretentious. And Stubete am See is thrilled to welcome you for the first time to the newly opened Chesa Marchetta in the center of Sils!
