In the Swiss stone pine dining room, the Cruschetta team serves classics such as capuns, pizzoccheri, and barley soup, as well as international dishes. Our tip: try the ‘Pettas,’ a Romansh Brotkuchen ("bread cake")! Baked from pizza dough, the cake is served fresh from the warm oven.
