Riccardo’s is the new Italian restaurant at Hotel Piz in St. Moritz-Bad. It surprises with a colourful selection of authentic Italian dishes that aren’t found on every menu.
The menu offers irresistible antipasti and salads, a well-composed selection of pasta with Tonnarelli, Cacio e Pepe, Chitarra alle Vongole, Tagliolini al Tartufo, and of course, Carbonara, Amatriciana, Paccheri from Riccardo and Penne all’ Arrabbiata. The secondi with meat and fish are also impressive, as is the list of 25 pizzas. The ambience is modern, cosy and uncomplicated.
