Stüvetta
The Stüvetta is located in Randolins Hotel just outside St. Moritz in the Suvretta area, at a good 2000 metres above sea level. In a rustic ambience, fresh, regional cuisine with Engadine and Swiss specialities is crafted in a modern way.
The varied menu includes cheese fondue, a hearty farmer's rösti as well as a healthy nut salad, capuns or a cordon bleu of organic Puschlav pork. In fine weather, all this can also be enjoyed on the wonderful sun terrace.
