Casa al Larasc - Vitale Ganzoni

The Bergell artist Vitale Ganzoni, born in Promontogno, spent his life painting and wood sculpture alongside his job as a primary school teacher. After completing his training at the teacher training college in Chur, Vitale Ganzoni attended sculpture and modeling courses at art schools in Florence and Perugia. He taught himself to paint. Many of his pictures show subjects from the Bergell; the artist's love for his valley is particularly evident in his watercolors. The exhibition can be viewed in the private house Casa Al Larasc in Maloja.
