Lej Zuppo

Lej Zuppo is the smallest of the three mountain lakes. "Zuppo" is Romansh and means hidden. Could the lake be named so because it's tucked away in the forest above Lej Nair? Or perhaps because it sometimes holds almost no water after hot summer days?
