Summer mountain lifts

The St. Moritz Dorf – Chantarella – Corviglia funicular will be closed during the summer of 2026 due to extensive maintenance work. During this time, alternative connections are available: Corviglia and Piz Nair can be reached via the St. Moritz Bad – Signal cable car with a subsequent shuttle bus (without bike transport) to the Piz Nair valley station, and via the Celerina – Marguns gondola lift with onward travel to Corviglia. Additionally, the Alp Giop chairlift (including bike transport) will operate for one day only during the summer. This ensures that hiking and biking opportunities on Corviglia and Piz Nair remain accessible.
