Asymmetrical

Step Description 

With the asymmetrical technique, the poles are used at the same time as the with the placement of the ski on the lead arm side, i.e. after the end of the equal weight transfer. The pole level is raised on the lead arm side and the poles are the poles are inserted directly next to the binding head.

The technique is demonstrated in the video and at the end of the film an exercise is presented that serves to consolidate this technique.
