One-one-symmetrical

One-one-symmetrical
Step Description
The poles are initially used to bend the gliding leg and then support and coordinate the push-off of the same leg, alternating between right and left. The arms are quickly swung forward again in between. Here too, the poles are inserted directly next to the binding head. Where is this step performed? Mainly on slightly uphill or flat terrain.
The technique is demonstrated in the video and at the end of the film an exercise is presented that serves to consolidate this technique.
