Assistants’ Day 2025: When fresh ideas are created with the help of mountain air
Fresh air for fresh ideas: At the annual Assistants’ Day 2025, the Engadin once again presented itself as an inspiring MICE destination – with alpine charm, a variety of partner companies, and creative ideas.
Once a year, Zurich’s Kongresshaus becomes the meeting place for the Swiss assistant world: Assistants’ Day, organised by the magazine and business platform Miss Moneypenny, brings together hundreds of dedicated assistants. The Engadin was there again in 2025 – for the fourth time. Why? Because decisions about meetings and events are often made by those who work behind the scenes to make big things happen.
Engadin: Space for ideas to breathe
If you want to clear your head and make smart decisions in your hectic everyday life, you need space. That's exactly what the Engadin offers. And that's exactly what the joint presentation by the eight partner companies from the region conveyed at Assistant's Day 2025. With their two stands, the nine representatives from the valley aimed to show visitors how inspiring meetings and incentive trips can be in the fresh Engadin mountain air.
The Engadin companies taking part were Corvatsch AG, the Laudinella Hotel Group, the Hotel Nira Alpina, MiaEngiadina, the Hotel Cresta Palace, Engadin St. Moritz Mountains AG, the Hotel Saratz, and the Hotel Waldhaus Sils. Impressive images and videos from the region conveyed the true flair of the Engadin and were accompanied by regional delicacies such as iced tea from Nira Alpina and slices of nusstorte from Cresta Palace.
Attractive vouchers from the partner companies were raffled off during a short quiz with questions about the region. This resulted in new contacts and new ideas – perhaps even the first step towards the next booking.
More than just an industry gathering
Assistants’ Day is more than just an industry gathering. It is a place where appreciation is palpable. For the assistants who so often pull the strings. And for destinations such as the Engadin, which presented itself with a tremendous amount of passion and creativity.
