Four days full of exchange, alpine experiences, and creative formats: From June 29 to July 2, 2025, SITE Global's Incentive Summit Europe transformed the Engadin into a stage for the international MICE community. Nearly 60 buyers and service providers from Switzerland, Europe, and North America came together for discussions, shared experiences, and new perspectives. The Engadin showcased its best side as a host for business events.

The mornings started with an energy recharging trail running session with coach Roberto Rivola, and an unwinding yoga lesson at the host hotel, the Cresta Palace, followed by exciting keynotes at the Pontresina Congress Center and discussions during outdoor sessions in the sunny hotel park of the Hotel Saratz. Buyers and suppliers particularly appreciated the miaEngiadina Office Caravan, a mobile, digitally equipped workstation that served as a platform for exchange in the great outdoors.

In-depth experiences

The afternoons were dedicated entirely to experiences – always with a focus on team spirit, regionality and activity:

  • Goat trekking with Nicole Buess and "Mini Geiss–diniGeiss": The two and a half hour hike through the valley was accompanied by stories about Engadin traditions and ended with tea and pastries in nature.

  • Whisky at 3300 meters: During an exclusive tour of the world's highest distillery on the Corvatsch, ORMA Swiss Whisky gave in-depth insights into the art of distilling – including a tasting.

  • E-bike tour to the Morteratsch Glacier: With bikes from St. Moritz Outdoor, the tour took us to the Pontresina Alpine Cheese Dairy – where not only a cheese tasting awaited, but also a glimpse behind the scenes.

  • Discover St. Moritz: A village tour with Susi Wiprächtiger took the guests to hidden places and a sweet stop at Hanselmann.

The highlight of the supporting program was the atmospheric Swiss Evening on the panoramic mountain of Muottas Muragl. Raclette, alphorn music, the traditional S-cheleders La Margna, and storyteller Lorenzo Polin provided emotional highlights. The Engadin Yodeling Choir also delighted guests with its songs at the Cresta Palace.

The las evening was rounded off by the Final Evening Party in the legendary Sunny Bar of the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz – a finale full of music and the joy of reunion.
