Do you know where the name Val Fex comes from? You can find out this answer as well as many other facts, pictures, information and interesting stories on our interactive, digital Sils village tour. It starts at the village square in Sils Maria. You must be there to start the tour. You will then be guided to the next locations using the digital map (as well as some information in the text). There are 9 locations in total and a walking distance of around 2.6 km. Plan a good hour for the entire tour. ### Ready, set, go! All you need is a GPS-enabled smartphone (at least half-charged battery) and an internet connection. Start the trail by photographing the QR code in the display case in front of the community center (Chesa Cumünela). ### Anytime - independent - flexible You can decide spontaneously and individually when you would like to take the village tour during your vacation stay, and are therefore independent of meeting points and times. The digital Sils village tour can be interrupted at any time for leisurely breaks and resumed at a later time.

For everyone who wants to know more information and stories about the Fex Valley: The audio trail consists of 9 stations between the village square in Sils Maria and the Hotel Fex in Fex Curtins, and each station is dedicated to a different topic in the history of the Fex Valley. You can choose the order of the stations yourself; they are each marked with signs on signposts or benches. You need a smartphone or tablet with an internet connection, the GPS tracking function must be activated, and at least half a battery is recommended. The trail can be interrupted for breaks at any time and resumed at a later time. An exciting walk with interesting insights and fantastic views awaits you!
