Located on the northern shore of Lake Silvaplana, enjoy southern flair in the Beach Club.

Here, just outside the village, families and the sports scene meet. The Silvaplana windsurfing school is also located on the area of the Beach Club Sils. There is a playground and sandpit for younger guests. In summer, the beach volleyball court provides fun when playing in a team. In winter, the direct connection to the cross-country ski trails is a big plus. Parking spaces are available and are free for one hour. (Ticket must still be solved).
On the terrace right by the lake you can enjoy the homemade regional specialties as well as crispy wood-fired pizza.

In 1928, Waldhaus architect Karl Koller designed this room as a “Bündner Stube” for the first Swiss Exhibition for Women’s Work in Berne.

Brought home to Sils-Maria in 1929 and carefully restored in 2012, our Arvenstube has been reborn twice over without losing its old charms. The fragrant stone-pine paneling spices up the atmosphere in the cozy room. For many years now, a top priority of ours has been to serve our guests regional products, whenever possible. At the foot of Piz Margna, the guardian of the Upper Engadine, lies the tranquil village of Isola, which originally served as an alp for the farmers of Bergell. In this idyllic landscape you will find our small restaurant, which serves excellent traditional cuisine. Chestnut tagliatelle or gnocchi, polenta with Bergell sausage or with local game ragout, salad with goat cheese from Isola and of course our homemade desserts.
On the second floor, ideal for smaller groups, is our Arvenstübli.

The restaurant Murtaröl was built around 1880 as a boarding house and stagecoach stop and was bought in 1951 by Edoardo Giovanoli, the grandfather from Soglio, and is still owned by the Walther family.
7517 Plaun da Lej
Until 1984 the Pension Murtaröl was run as a summer business (fishing season). After that the Pension Murtaröl was extended to a yearly business and continued as a successful restaurant with fish specialties. With a view of the Piz Corvatsch, the Walther family serves you as fresh fish and crustaceans which they buy daily through Aris Plaun da Lej in Milan at the second largest fish market in Europe.
